Nathan studied civil engineering at the University of Wolverhampton and brings 25 years of expertise across a wide range of projects, with a particular focus on large scale residential and retirement village developments. His vast knowledge of construction and structural design enables clients to achieve their objectives with precision and efficiency.
Driven by a passion for innovation, Nathan is continually exploring how cutting-edge technology can elevate the client experience, enhance cost-effectiveness, and promote sustainable construction practices. An award-winning engineer, Sundeep has a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Leeds and a career working on a range of projects worth over £500 million for civil, structural and multidisciplinary design consultancies.
As structural director, Sundeep is responsible for the technical delivery of structural and civil engineering projects and is always looking for innovative solutions to projects. His focus is on improving construction efficiency and cost-effectiveness, always aiming to deliver the most practical and financially attractive options to clients. Sundeep is a firm believer in continuous professional development for directors and staff.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Chris is an expert in infrastructure design for both residential and commercial developments, with experience across the public and private sectors.
Chris joined OES in 2022 and has built and leads our team of civil engineers. His hands-on approach and dedication to each project phase, from initial appraisal through to planning, detailed design, and construction, have earned him a reputation as a trusted consultant. Clients appreciate his active involvement and consistently return to him for his reliable and expert guidance.
With a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Plymouth, Callum has over 10 years’ industry experience, predominantly in the private sector. His expertise covers initial advice and feasibility studies through to full planning applications and detailed design, as well as construction support.
Callum has a range of design experience working on small to large scale residential developments, strategic infrastructure, retirement living and commercial developments. He is always looking at ways to innovate and improve design practice to offer more sustainable and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Adam brings 25 years of structural detailing expertise across all sectors of construction, with a particular focus on large-scale residential developments. His broad technical knowledge, combined with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ensures seamless collaboration within design teams, driving both cohesion and productivity.
Known for his practical, methodical approach, Adam excels in delivering precise and detailed drawings. His commitment to trust, respect, ambition, and creativity aligns with the core values of OES Consulting, fostering enduring client relationships and delivering long-term project success.
